BLOCK MOLDED PRODUCT USING STEEL-MAKING SLAG AND WASTE VINYL

PURPOSE: Block molded product is provided, which is prepared by using steel-making slag and waste vinyl. CONSTITUTION: A block molded product is prepared by mixing, heating and molding 100 part by weight of steel-making fine particle; and 10-55 parts by weight of waste vinyl which coats the particle as a binding agent. Optionally 5 parts by weight or less of stearic acid based on the weight of waste vinyl, 2-4 parts by weight of a pigment based on the weight of waste vinyl, an antioxidizing agent, or a UV stabilizer is added. Preferably the size of the slag particle is less than 1 mm.
