SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUSLY OBTAINING SURFACE IMAGE OF ROLL DURING ROLL IN CRAMPED SPACE

PURPOSE: A system is provide to obtain continuous image corresponding to one time rolling of a roll by synchronizing by calculating the amount of image obtaining range of one time of a camera with a generated code. CONSTITUTION: Continuous image of one time rolling of a roll is displayed by a worker by detecting a portion out of a standard state of a roll or decolorization or alien substances by using an image processing method or stored in a data storage unit(12). The rolling degree of the roll is sensed and transmitted to a personal computer(9) from an incremental encoder(13) generating the rolling degree as pulses as an electrical signal. The personal computer transmits a driving signal to an optical resource(7) and a CCD(charge coupled device) semiconductor device(5) via a synchronized pulse generating circuit(8) by calculating roll area corresponding to one time image obtaining and obtains image of a roll continuously. To keep uniform distance between the roll and a sensor head(1), the output signal of the sensor is processed in the personal computer and transmitted as a driving signal for a motor(10).
