PURPOSE: A security apparatus of a video conference system is provided to prevent overhearing, privately hearing, and hacking in a security situation by diversely changing code modes. CONSTITUTION: A video encoder/decoder(140) codes and decodes video data inputted and outputted from and to a video input/output unit(100). An audio encoder/decoder(150) codes and decodes audio data inputted and outputted from and to an audio input/output unit(110). A reception path delay unit(180) delays a voice data path received to the audio encoder/decoder(150). A data protocol(160) codes and decodes digital data inputted and outputted from and to a digital data input/output unit(120). A MUX/DEMUX(190) matches data mutually transmitted to be connected.
