PURPOSE: A method for implementing a timer process is provided to prevent losses of inter processor communication(IPC) signals caused by a receiving system signal, when a timer signal is registered and deleted in a charge repeater, by generating a multi-thread to allow the multi-thread for a parallel, and by using a message Q of system IPCs instead of the IPC signals to notify a registered/deleted timer result. CONSTITUTION: A method for implementing a timer process in a charge repeater comprises the steps of: generating a first thread processing a registering/deleting request for a timer signal received from an optional process, and generating a second thread managing a timer table; if the timer signal is registered or deleted, registering the timer signal in the timer table or deleting the timer signal, and informing a corresponding process of the registered/deleted result; and if signals periodically generated from a system for checking the timer table are received, retrieving a transmitting signal in the timer table to transmit the signal, whenever the signals are received.
