发明名称 METHOD FOR COMPENSATING ROTATIONAL SPEED OF MILLING ROLL OF MILL
摘要 PURPOSE: A compensation method of rotational speed of a milling roll of a mill is provided to stabilize tension and looper angle between stands and to improve real yield rate and the quality of a milled product by compensating rotational speed of a milling roll at a proper moment when a milling plate is interlocked to a stand. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(32) controls the point of time for compensating impact drop. A mill is composed of 6 stands in general and a milling plate is milled by desired thickness and strength by passing through the 6 stands sequentially. The time point when the milling plate is input to the respective stands is different from each other and the impact drop compensation time is applied separately. The microprocessor receives set up data needed for milling from a management control computer(31) and a metal-in signal from a load cell(33) installed in a previous stand. If the metal-in signal is one of the previous stand, a rotational speed compensating value(wID) signal of a stand is turned on after a first delay time and the compensating value is output via an output terminal.
