PURPOSE: A transfer device of crossing over an obstacle is provided to keep a horizontal degree of a vehicle body on crossing over the obstacle having a gap. CONSTITUTION: For travelling between low obstacles from high obstacles, the same height as a middle track(6) is maintained by a link(8) until a front track(2) reaches an upper part of the low obstacle. When perfectly escaping from the high obstacle, the link is operated so that the front track horizontally is dropped and is put on the upper part of the low obstacle. Then, the middle track escapes from the high obstacle and is transferred to the upper part of low obstacle by depending on a front and a rear track(2,4) while keeping the height when crossing over the high obstacle. The rear track horizontally descends by the reaction of the link(10) and is put on the upper part of the low obstacle so that the endless tracks(2,4,6) finish passing through the obstacle.
