WIND SHIELD MOLDING OF WINDOW FOR VEHICLE AND MOLDING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for improving and molding a windshield molding are provided to prevent an invasion of rainwater or flowing air from an outside by installing in an outer circumference of a window in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Ends of an upper windshield(51) and a side windshield(52) are fixed between jigs(J1)(J2). Both ends are separated by melting with a heater by using a characteristic of the windshield formed by a PVC material having the excellent melting composition. Sections(51',52') of the upper windshield(51) and the side windshield(52) are cooled by compressing in a processor having a constitution vertically operated with a regular angle(A). The upper windshield(51) and the side windshield(52) are firmly joined in a melting portion. A completed product is obtained by removing a melting splinter withdrawn between sections(51',52') in a processed state.
