METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REDUCING DUST EXHAUST IN PRODUCTION PROCESS OF SINTERING ORE

PURPOSE: A device for reducing dust exhaust is provided which quickly lowers the temperature of sintering exhaust gas and sends it to an electrostatic precipitator so that it maximizes a dust collection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing dust exhaust comprises: a coolant spray part(10) to supply a coolant for a sintering ore wherein a coolant header is placed in the upper part of a roll combinator(112) in a sintering machine(100), multiple coolant spray nozzles are placed in the coolant header toward the lower part, an automatic solenoid valve(30) is placed to control the flow of a coolant and a coolant pump is placed; a temperature detection sensor(60) which detects temperature of an exhaust gas to send an electric signal; and a controller(70) which opens the solenoid valve if the detected exhaust gas temperature exceeds the set figures to supply a coolant for the upper part of the sintering ore.
