METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE BOTTLE

PURPOSE: A method for the preparation of polyethylene terephthalate (abbreviated as PET) bottle is provided which improves productivity of the PET bottle without side reactions such as lowering of transparency and darkening of colors. CONSTITUTION: A method for the preparation of PET bottle comprises an injection process of injecting a PET resin to produce a preform, intermediate product; and a blow process of reheating the preform up to a glass transition temperature of the raw material or higher using an infrared light heater, putting the heated preform into a forming mold and blowing it under high pressure to form a bottle, characterized by reheating the preform using the infrared light heater, under a condition that an opaque insert is inserted within the preform.
