MULTI SATELLITE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An admission method of station expansion of multimedia satellite communication system is provided to assign addresses in certain region of data transmitted to stations so as to accept multiple subscribers of stations. CONSTITUTION: Public service information transmission stage transmits transport stream(TS) packet, which is composed of CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) code used for initial connection, channel frequency signal, and packet identifier(PID) for information service. Access request receiving stage receives access control message having subscriber's Internet protocol(IP) from a set top box. Legal subscriber decision stage decides whether a subscriber of a station requesting access is legal. Station address allocation stage allocates certain area of data and available TID in accordance with subscriber's IP into addresses, if the subscriber is found out to be legal. Allocated station address storing stage stores allocated address of stations. Station address transmission stage generates TS packet data including station address, and transmits the TS packets to the station which has requested an access.
