HOOP ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A hoop energy storage system is provided to be capable of easily stabilizing the rotating track of a hoop by using a rotator of a hoop shape instead of a disk. CONSTITUTION: A synchronous device(20) supplies/recovers electric energy to/from a hoop rotator(10). A magnetic field applying unit comprises a levitation permanent magnet(30) which is divided into two division parts and is mounted on a supporter(25), and a track stabilizing permanent magnet(50) which is divided into two division parts to be mounted sidewalls of the supporter(25) under the status exposed toward the hoop rotator. The hoop rotator(10) comprises first/second permanent magnets, is connected to a power supply and a controller, and further comprises an electromagnet(X), a sealing vessel(70) and a vacuum sustain member connected to the sealing vessel.
