PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact incinerator for incinerating general refuse, garbage and sludge or the like discharged from general homes, factories, recreation facilities and eating and drinking facilities, etc. SOLUTION: A spiral structure incinerator comprises an incinerating part including an incinerating chamber provided with an ash receiving chamber having a bottom plate including a vent opening and a slide plate and an ash pan and a mount plate, a flue part including an air collecting port, a spiral flue, an exhaust port and a burner, and a cyclone part including a smoke exhaust chamber, an accumulating chamber, a stack, an air inlet port, a blower and an air supply pipe. The flue used in the spiral structure incinerator is formed with a polygonal tubular body having spiral line grooves 22a and protrusions 22b on its inner surface.
