PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a temperature in a load compartment to a predetermined temperature range. SOLUTION: The cooler is mounted at a low temperature transport vehicle having a load compartment 1 formed in a container of a heat insulation structure mounted at a luggage carrier. In this case, a heat exchanger 2 is disposed in the compartment 1. A liquid carbonic acid gas storage container 4 is connected to the exchanger 2 through a liquid carbonic acid gas supply passage 3. A flow regulating valve 5 is disposed at the passage 3, and opening or closing amount of the valve 5 is controlled based on a detecting operation of a temperature sensor 6 disposed in the compartment 1.
