PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle valve which can suppress a manufacturing cost low, and has a memory accurately indicating rotational number of a needle valve element, that is, an opening of a seat part. SOLUTION: A screw pipe 13 is rotated by turning a control 21. When the screw pipe 13 is rotated, a needle valve body 17 screwed therewith is axially moved, for determining an opening of a control hole 16. A turning rate of the control 21 can be digitized by scale indicated on a scale cover 23. Similarly, as a result, an opening of the control hole 16 can also be digitized.
