摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and fix a specimen on a minute piece of mesh efficiently and surely with a simple operation and without being influenced by the shape of the specimen, by installing a water-absorbing member on one face of the grid mesh for fixing the specimen. SOLUTION: As for the shape of a water-absorbing member 1, any of a circular or angular shape or the like can be selected suitably and used. The size of the plane of the member 1 is to be about less than a half of the magnitude of a grid mesh 2 face. As for the thickness, a thickness of a degree so as not to hinder production of a mesh specimen is enough, and normally the thickness of 0.05-1 mm is enough to be used. As for the material of the water- absorbing member 1, the material having water absorbing property can be used without any specific limitation, for example, paper, woven fabric, nonwoven fabric or the like comprising natural or synthetic fiber can be used. Hereby, the specimen is absorbed to the prescribed spot where the water-absorbing member 1 is placed, and can be retained on the mesh 2.
