PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a sufficient pulling-out force to a snap leg and to easily install rotation knob to an operation member, in a rotation knob installing structure of a rotational operation type electrical component. SOLUTION: This electrical component has a rotation knob 20, projectingly formed out of snap legs 20b and positioning protrusions 20c in an equal direction, and a turnable operation member (18) formed out of lock holes 18b for locking the snap legs 20b and guide grooves (18c) into which the positioning protrusions 20c are inserted for positioning. A clearance is set between the tip of the snap leg 20b and the operation member (18) in an inserting state of the tips of the positioning protrusions 20c in the guide grooves (18c), while the snap legs 20b are locked into the lock holes 18b, when the positioning protrusions 20c are inserted into the guide groove (18c) by a prescribed length. For example, the upper end face of the operation member (18) is formed flat, while the tip of the positioning protrusion 20c of the rotation knob 20 is projected further downwardly than the tip of the snap leg 20.
