PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact and lightweight and to reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an optical correction means 151 optically correcting the blur of an image formed by an image forming optical system and bimorphs 10 and 11 for moving the correction means 151. Since the bimorphs are used as the means for moving the optical correction means, a blur correction device, a device with a blur correcting function and a photographing device which are made compact and lightweight and which are constituted so that the power consumption is reduced can be provided. |
