PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal capable of sending/receiving an infrared ray in multiple directions that can conduct multi-directional infrared communication over a wide range without being limited by the mounting position of an infrared ray receiving element. SOLUTION: The other ends of 1st, 2nd and 3rd optical fibers 9, 11, 13 whose one-ends are connected to an infrared ray emitting and receiving element 3 are placed to each of the upper, lower and side faces of a terminal 1, respectively, in an exposed state on them. Thus, infrared rays 15, 17, 19 are sent/received to/from devices having external infrared communication function placed opposite to each of other ends. |
