PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a small line filter coil with better high-frequency characteristic compared to when using a round electric wire by promoting stable inductance value due to DC-superposition, and eliminating a needless space between electric wires for improved space factor of the electric wire. SOLUTION: Two cylindrical split-winding parts 4 and 5 in the same winding direction wherein a plurality of flat wires 2 and 3 which are insulating-coated are laminated in thickness direction while deflected in width direction for cylindrical winding are continuously formed through a communication part, constituting coils 1A and 1B for the flat wires, respectively. Lead parts 2a and 3a of the coils 1A and 1B are on the same side in axial direction of the cylindrical split-winding parts 4 and 5. The coils 1A and 1B of the flat wires 2 and 3 generates main magnetic flux in such direction as cancel each other at electrification.
