PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the insertion of another game recording medium in the middle of reading/writing information. SOLUTION: The recording medium processor is provided with an entrance/ exit of a game recording medium 37 recording information (ID) capable of specifying the size of a value which can be used for a game machine, a reading and recording medium 91 provided at a prescribed position of a recording medium passage 92 successively provided at this entrance/exit to execute at least one of reading and writing of information recorded in the medium 37, and an insertion suppressing member 95 suppressing the insertion of the medium 37 by projecting in a direction crossing with the longitudinal direction of the opening of the entrance/exit provided that the recording medium IC card 37 exits at a prescribed position of the passage 92.
