PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the restriction of installing place and to prevent the corrosion of a device arranged at the lower part of a main body. SOLUTION: Concerning this automatic vending machine, a part on the rear surface 21a side of a main body lower part 21 in the automatic vending machine main body part 1 is positioned to be on the front side by the portion of an exhaust space compared with an inner box arranging part and the depth size L1 of this part 21 is made shorter than the depth size L2 of an inner box arranging part. After air sucked from the vent 7a of a front surface door 7 is sent to a blowing fan 18 and cools a condenser 14, it passes through a vent 21b on the rear surface of the part 21 and exhausted toward both of lateral sides and downward. Air is exhausted without any obstacle even in the case of arranging the automatic vending machine so that the rear surface 2a of the inner box arranging part in the main body 1 may be in close contact with a wall B.
