PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mounting operation and connecting operation easy and to make the device small-sized and thin on the whole. SOLUTION: This light emitting device has a light emission panel 2 and electronic parts 3 for driving the light emission panel 2 mounted on a film substrate 1, where a connection wire is formed between a base film and a cover film, while electrically connected to the connection wire on the film substrate 1. The film substrate 1, light emission panel 2, and electric parts 3 can be integrated while electrically connected to make the mounting operation and connecting operation easy and also make the device small-sized and thin on the whole.
