PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent longitudinal movement of a heat collection fin. SOLUTION: In this solar heat collection element, a tube body 12 is housed between caulking pieces 19 installed at a heat collection fin 15 and extending longitudinally and the caulking pieces 19 are deformed by bending to caulk the tube body 12 on the heat collection fin 15. A coupling part 31 is formed at least one point of the caulked part between the heat collection fin 15 and the tube body 12 and made higher in binding strength than that of the caulked part.
