PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both the heat radiating efficiency and maintainability of a heat radiating device for television camera. SOLUTION: A heat sink 3 is joined to a heating element 2 fixed to a substrate 1 in a face-contact state and the peripheral section of the window section of a front-side case member 4 having the window section 4a which opens the heat radiating section 3a of the heat sink 3 is adhered to the peripheral groove 3b of the heat sink 3 by pressing. Then the outer edge section of the window section 4a is joined to the front-side enclosure case 6 of the main body of a television camera in a waterproofing and sealing state through a rubber packing 7.
