PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical type information carrier in accordance with higher density by forming a thin light-transmitting substrate on the reading face where laser light enters. SOLUTION: This optical type information carrier for reproducing only or recording and reproducing is produced by successively laminating a reflection layer 2 or recording layer 3, light-transmitting adhesive layer 4 and protective layer 5 on a substrate 1. The light-transmitting adhesive layer 4 is a light- transmitting layer having >=80% transmittance for all rays, <=5% haze and <=20 nm double refraction. |
