<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information, which is to be transmitted through an internet to each client PC, into information, in which a user is more interested, and further to attain improvement in the call frequency of detailed information on that information. SOLUTION: As related information corresponding to a keyword (PC, for example,) included in chat characters to be exchanged between client PC connected through the internet, on the side of chat server, related character information ('new sale of VAIO(R) from SONY', for example,) or related banner advertisement image information and correspondent related URL (vaio.sony.jp, for example,) are retrieved and the retrieved related information is displayed on a related information display window 92 on the side of client. When the related information display window 92 is clicked, more detailed information is provided.</p> |
