<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control the start and stop of data transfer by providing a large-amount data transfer part which controls the start and stop of the data transfer. SOLUTION: A transfer command control part 12 of the large-amount data transfer part 1 receives an indication for starting or stopping transferring data from an administrator, a data transmission control part 11 indicates the start or stop of the data transfer based upon the use state prediction of a parent node, and a data transfer control part 13 controls the storage or extraction and the transfer of data to a child node. A node use state measurement part 2 obtains the gathered communication traffic intensity of a line, calculates the use state, and also calculates the use state (use rate) of a CPU or memory and a buffer. A node use state prediction part 3 predicts the future use state of the parent node and predicts the time before the use rate reaches a congestion reference value. A node management part 5 manages the use of the CPU, memory, and buffer. Then a congestion control part 6 sends an indication for restricting the communication traffic intensity to a data transmission and reception part 4 according to the parent node use state.</p> |
