PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce level deviation in the channel band of a television signal to be transmitted. SOLUTION: This television signal transmitter is provided with an intermediate frequency circuit part 1 for processing intermediate frequency signal of a television, a frequency converting part 2 where a first frequency converter 2a, a first band-pass filter 2b and the second frequency converter 2d are successively cascade-connected and with which the signal of the intermediate frequency band is frequency-converted twice, is converted into the TV signal of the specified channel within a TV broadcasting band and outputted and a TV signal output part 3, which is provided with the second band-pass filter 3a and processes the TV signal. The intermediate frequency circuit part 1 is provided with a level deviation correcting circuit 1c with which the level in the band of the TV signal is adjusted to be flat.
