<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission controlling device which improves the use efficiency of a bus as a whole and also prevents processing burden in each node from increasing and a node, etc. SOLUTION: An IRM(isochronous resource manager) node NI is included in an information transmission system which includes the IRM node NI provided at least with a resource register 5 storing a channel used for information transmission performed in a time division way on a serial bus B and transmission occupied time occupied for the transmission in a referrable way from each node and each node which respectively secures an unused channel that is not used and occupiable time while referring to storage contents of the register 5 and transmits information and is provided with a transmission controlling part 2 that monitors whether or not the storage contents are updated and a command generating part 6 which notifies each node of the effect that updation is performed through the bus B.</p> |
