PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory device for electronic apparatus which does not need a complicated link mechanism, is inexpensive and allows 1st and 2nd locking bodies to surely work together to lock or release. SOLUTION: This accessory device is provided with a base 6 on which electronic apparatus is mounted, an operating part 2, a slide plate 24 connected to the part 2 and a 1st locking body 3 and a 2nd locking body 4 which associate with the plate 24 and also lock or release the electronic apparatus, the plate 24 is formed integrally with the part 2 and is also constituted of a single member.
