<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the funeral and after-funeral anxiety, distrust and opaque feeling of a customer by substituting such jobs by the customer's request as the calculation of cost, preparatory, arrangement, requests, procedure, reference/ introduction, reservation, giving/receiving of orders and purchase for the commodity services, etc. SOLUTION: A customer 1 purchases a general funeral/after-funeral mail- order sale catalog 4 via a bookstore, a convenience store, a DPE, a mail-order sale 35, etc., and retrieves and selects each necessary commodity service. A substitute service giving/receiving center 27 receives the requests from the customer 1 via the communication network order reception 28, the FAX order reception 29, the telephone order reception 30, etc. In other words, the customer 1 can easily perform the calculation of cost, preparation, arrangement, requests, procedure, reference/introduction, reservation, giving/receiving of orders and purchase for the commodity services which are needed in regard to the funeral and after-funeral jobs by means of a funeral/after-funeral guide means 5 and a preparatory/arrangement/procedure format means 6.
