PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a radio communication system which never deteriorates in the response of the radio communication greatly even if the traffic load of the line is heavy. SOLUTION: The radio communication system composed of plural transmitter- receivers TR1 to TR4, constitutes a message by combining transmit data and its destination code ADR which indicates the destination of the transmit data with each other. Then a packet is constituted by adding the message to transfer codes DA which indicate which transmitter-receivers the message is sent to and each corresponds to the respective transmitter-receivers, and are transmitted by radio in the order specified by the transfer codes.
