PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a coil small, by realizing a large usable magnetic field space, regardless of the same radius of the coil. SOLUTION: A coil winding frame 1 has a thick body with rigidity endurable against tightening force of a superconducting wiring material when it turned around the coil winding frame 1. A superconducting wining material is turned while the coil winding frame 1 is coated with epoxy resin, or a superconducting winding material that is impregnated previously with resin is turned to form a superconducting coil 2. After the resin is hardened, the inner diameter of the coil winding frame 1 is cut with a manufacturing machine. In this way, the inner diameter of the coil winding frame 1 becomes large and a usable magnetic field space can be enlarged. |
