发明名称 LAMINATED RUBBER SUPPORT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent out-of-plane deformation of an attaching board of a support and damage of attaching bolts caused by the seismic force. SOLUTION: This laminated rubber support for vibration-insulating a building 2 and the concrete base 3 which can be relatively displaced from each other has a laminated rubber body 10 and upper and lower attaching boards 15 and 16. The laminated rubber body 10 consists of an upper connecting steel plate 11, a lower connecting steel plate 12, and a rubber layer 13 and a middle steel plate 14 which are laminate-molded between the upper connecting steel plate 11 and the lower connecting steel plate 12. The upper attaching board 15 and the lower attaching board 16 are fixed to the upper connecting steel plate 11 and the lower connecting steel plate 12 respectively, and the attaching boards 15 and 16 are fixed to the building 2 and the concrete base 3 with plural bolts 18. The thickness (tf) of the attaching boards 15, 16 is from 25 to 45 mm, and the ratio of the outer diameter (rf) to the diameter (Rf) of the attaching pitch circle of plural attaching bolts 18 is from 1.1 to 1.4. The outer diameter (rf) of each attaching board 15, 16 is D×1.5 or smaller (D is the outer diameter of the laminated rubber body 10 except the connecting steel plates 11 and 12).
