PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing ability of the interior of a liquid filling port closed with a rivet and to prevent lowering of sealing ability for a long period. SOLUTION: The inside diameter R1 of an O-ring 108 is decreased to a value lower than the outside diameter R2 of the part 104 of a shield rivet 102 and tensile deformation occurs in the O-ring 108 which is inserted in a fit-in state externally of the outer peripheral surface of the stem part 104 along a peripheral direction. Further, the O-ring 108 is axially compressed so that a compression deformation amount along a peripheral direction is uniformized by the closing surface 105A of a head part 105 and the upper surface of a spot facing part 32C. This constitution forces the O-ring 108 into contact-bonding on the outer peripheral surface of the stem part 104, the closing surface 105A of the head part 105, and the upper surface of the spot facing part 32C through an elastic restoration force. |
