PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaining effectively a safe receipt-free protocol that gives no receipt to prove a betting way efficiently with minimum physical restriction by making a betting generation center generate the betting data and also prove the right generation of the betting data. SOLUTION: The betting data which are generated by a betting generation center 10 for a betting selection means 12(i) pass through a conversion network 11 before they reach the means 12(i). In such a constitution, any evil-minded person cannot decide the betting way of the means 12(i) unless he/she conspires with all conversion centers and the center 10 or taps all tapping unable channels 17(1)-17(m) set between the conversion centers and the means 12(i). Thus, it is possible to prove that the right conversion is carried out and also the wrong information are never supplied. |
