PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a balanced amplifier reduced in the adjusting time of an amplitude characteristic and a phase characteristic by constituting an amplifier circuit by means of a multi-transistor chip where n-pieces of transistor elements are arranged in parallel on the same semi-conductor chip n pieces of input matching circuits corresponding to the n pieces of transistor elements of the multi-transistor chip and n pieces of output matching circuits. SOLUTION: The multi-transistor chip 2 is used, where the n pieces of transistor elements 1a-1n are formed in parallel on the same semi-conductor chip. This balanced amplifier is provided with the n pieces of input matching circuits 3a-3n corresponding to the transistor elements 1a-1n of the chip 2, the n pieces of output matching circuits 4a-4n corresponding to the transistor elements 1a-1n of the chip 2, an n-distributor 5 for supplying signals to the input matching circuits 3a-3n and an n-combiners 6 for combining the signals from the output matching circuit 4a-4n. Thus, the dispersion of characteristics of design parameters owing to manufacture is reduced.
