PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts and to facilitate the assembly work thereof by simplifying the locking members, interlocking manipulation mechanism members, etc., of stopper mechanisms for stocking recording media in a stocker. SOLUTION: A shaft part 64 disposed at the stocker is passed through a through-part 78A of a stopper manipulation member 54 from its narrow portion and is inserted into a bearing part 79, following which the stopper member 52 is anchored and assembled by hook means 52B and 74 while interlocking means 70 and 84 are interlocked by turning the shaft part in a required direction. The operation range of the stopper manipulation member 54 interlocked with the stopper member 52 moving in the prescribed operation range is limited, by which the through-part 78 of the bearing part 78 and the narrow portion of the shaft part 64 are held so as not to be aligned and disengaged.
