PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an user to monitor consumption of gas, electricity, water supply, etc., to be continuously supplied from a supply line at any time. SOLUTION: This use state monitoring method is constituted by detecting at least momentary consumption of the gas, the electricity and the water supply, etc., to be continuously supplied from the supply line, transmitting the detected consumption by radio and displaying (21) a signal transmitted by radio by comparing it with a preliminarily stored (20) target value when the signal transmitted by radio is received by a receiving means 18 and is constituted to raise an alarm (22) when the consumption exceeds the target value over a predetermined value.
