PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the actuation of safety devices following the occurrence of abnormality quickly and surely recongnizable at every combustion section by providing notifying means which notify combustion stoppage due to the actuation of the safety devices at every combustion chamber. SOLUTION: The voltage of a battery and the actuation of safety devices are monitored and, when the voltage becomes 2.1 V, the exchanging timing of the battery is notified by turning on a battery exchange sign 25. A heater 2 is provided with a safety protector which monitors the output of a thermocouple 14, a disconnection and short-circuit detector which monitors the resistance value of a thermistor 15, Tempura oil overheat protector and scorch protecting device, and a forgotten-extinction timer, but when one of these safety devices is actuated, a buzzer 26 rings and, at the same time, only the ignition confirmation lamp 21 of the heater 2 which has been kept in a lighting state flickers and a magnet solenoid valve 11 is closed, resulting in automatic fire extinction.
