PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor cooking facility which can maintain the inside of a cooking room in the comfortable condition, while facilitating the installation work. SOLUTION: An indoor cooking facility is equipped with a heater 2 which heats the things to be cooked by burning fuel, and further it is provided with a ventilation means 1 which ventilates the air within a cooking room a where a heating cooker 3 capable of freely adjusting the quantity of fuel supplied to the heater 2 is installed, an information detection means 8 which detects the supply condition of the fuel to the heater 2 so as to judge the quantity of required ventilation by the ventilation means 1, and a control means H which controls the operation of the ventilation means 1. The control means H is so constituted as to change the quantity of ventilation of the ventilation means 1 to increase side more, the larger the quantity of required ventilation being judged based on the detected information of the information detection means 8 is. in this case, the information detection means 8 is built in the heating cooker 3.
