HISTORY INFORMATION COLLECTION DEVICE/METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily collect history information of an operation device and to inexpensively realize a whole device in a small scale by installing a storage means which can freely be attached/detached to/from the operation device and a storage control means storing collected history information in the storage means installed on the operation device. SOLUTION: A non-volatile outer storage means 104 having a freely attachable/detachable installation mechanism is installed in a communication equipment 105. A history collection means 102 collects history information on the operations of respective communication execution parts 108-112 controlled by an operation control part 107 in the communication equipment 105. A history storage control means 103 stores collected history information in the outer storage means 104. Since a device for history information acquirement is not connected to the storage means whenever history information is acquired like the conventional storage means of history information inside, history information can easily be obtained especially when history information is frequently obtained.
