This invention relates to a color coating method on surface of metal materials and more particularly to the color coating method on the surface of the metal material as desired color, having excellent broadness of the metal material, elect of plating and simultaneously improved chemical proofing. This invention is electrodeposition coating method using 1-liquid type electrodeposition paint as a coating method for surface of metal material. A coating process is simplified in this invention as compared with prior art. And the coating process in this invention it is excellence in light resistance, chemical proofing, weatherability, etc., as compared with dye-coating method after electrodeposition coating.
