<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a pattern in printing to an insignificant level, and suppress the incidence of blurs or deformation and the increase in the number of processes to a minimum, by dividing an arrangement area of wiring on a rear plate into plural regions, and by executing successively wiring patterns in each divided area by printing of a screen printing method. SOLUTION: An arrangement area of lower wiring on a rear plate 1 is divided into 8-block lower wiring pattern area 2-9, in an oblong shape having several lines of the lower wiring as one block. An enlarged boundary part contains the lower wiring 13 connecting to a left-side element electrode 11 and a right-side element electrode 12, and P1 shows a picture element pitch in the lateral direction and P2 shows a pitch of the lower wiring 13 respectively, and the lengths are same in the case of P1=P2. The lower wiring pattern is divided into the areas, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 3, 5, 7, 9, and printed successively by a screen printing method, and formed in the order of figure (a) and figure (b). Hereby, a high-precision and large-area plate image display device, capable of preventing the incidence of blurs or deformation of an adjacent pattern, can be obtained.</p> |
