<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid control valve having an electromagnetic coil positioned in a housing and a spool valve positioned in a valve element. SOLUTION: An armature 20 is axially positioned in a coil 30, while an armature spring 52 presses the armature 40 against an apterture of a center hole 70 when the coil is not energized. A spool valve 72 has an inner chamber and sealing lands 98, 100 selectively sealing a supply port 92 and a control port 94 in a valve element 20. A magnetic pole piece 26 having a circular magnetic flux branch passage portion 62 is screwed with a housing 16, for controlling an operation gap 60 between the magnetic pole piece 26 and the armature. The magnetic flux branch passage portion directs an electromagnetic field line further radially when the armature approaches the magnetic pole piece. A magnetic flux tube 64 and a housing are attached by means of a climp connection part 22.</p> |
