SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a main shaft gear 1 provided on an inner peripheral surface with a raceway surface 1c, a bearing inner ring 2 provided on an outer peripheral surface with a raceway surface 2a, a conical roller 3 arranged between the raceway surface 2c of the main shaft gear 1 and the raceway surface 2a of the bearing inner ring 2 and held at a given peripheral distance by a holder 4, and an unbalance means to cause the occurrence of a weight unbalance in a peripheral direction to the assembly body of the conical roller 3 and the holder 4. Coarseness of the large flange surface 2b of the bearing inner ring 2 is set to 0.01-0.04μmRa, coarseness of the large end face 3b of the conical roller 3 is set to 0.01-0.05μmRa, and the machining radius of the large end face 3b is designed approximately based on a maximum containing its machining precision. Further, full crowning is applied on the rolling surface 3a of the conical roller 3, and a MoS2 coating film is formed on the surface of the conical roller 3.</p>
