PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for writing down a destination address, application procedure, etc., relating to a prize contest advertisement and to save labor for entering or mailing a postcard or the like by detecting and decoding a specific pilot signal including the address information of a prize contest promotor. SOLUTION: At the time of detecting a specific pilot signal indicating that a current broadcast is a prize contest advertisement, a pilot signal detection circuit 10 sends the detection signal to a decoding circuit 12. The circuit 12 extracts the address information (encoded electronic(E) mail address) of a prize contest promotor transmitted succeedingly to the pilot signal in the received signal 20 and decodes the encoded E mail address. A text generation circuit 14 sends a text file 24 consisting of text format data (text data for information necessary for participation in the prize contest) and the E mail address of the executor to a transmission circuit 16.
