PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make invalid a will indication caused by a false sealing action using a substitutive seal impression, etc., by exactly and speedily discriminating legality to the sealing of a seal impression. SOLUTION: Electronic certification data 18 peculiarly allocated for each electronic seal impression device are stored in a memory 13 of an electronic seal impression devices 1 and the electronic certification data 18 are read out of the memory 13 of the electronic seal impression device 1 by a dedicated reader terminal 55. Then, the electronic certification data 18 are compared with valid electronic certification data provided from a certification institute and the validity of will indication caused by soiling of the electronic seal impression device 1 is judged. |
