PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize various information services by having only to confirm indication of a mobile terminal on each occasion without the need for any special terminal operation when the mobile terminal is moved. SOLUTION: This device has a plurality of base stations 12 having areas and capable of making transmission reception with mobile terminals 10, an exchange 14 that exchange communication by the mobile terminals 10 to control a mobile radio system, a means connected to wired terminals for registration of information service to register data denoting by which area of any base station the information service is to be covered, and a database that serves information on request from any mobile terminal 10 via the exchange 14. When a mobile terminal 10 moves to an area of a base station having information desired for the mobile terminal 10, the mobile terminal 10 acquires the served information by registering the number of the information desired of acquisition. |
