PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plural computers for communication management to manage serial processing numbers for checking the leak, overlapping and passing of data transmitted from terminal equipment. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a switch device 25 and plural computers T1 and T2 for communication management. The switch device 25 distributes data transmitted from terminal equipment 31, 32 and 33 to any one of plural computers T1 and T2. The respective computers T1 and T2 have serial number managing tables TB1 and TB2 storing the serial processing numbers, which are updated each time data are normally received, and time stamp expressing the time of data reception for every terminal equipment. When the data transmitted from the terminal equipment are received, each computer checks the serial processing numbers and updates the serial processing numbers and time stamp. The contents of the serial number managing tables TB1 and TB2 are kept equal at all the time.
